SUBS 2009 : Note to Members As of May 31, 2008 there are still a number of members whose annual subs remain unpaid. Apart from the fact that this is in breach of the agreement made with the club as a member, it is unfair on your volunteer board members to expect they have the time to continually follow up on outstanding payments. As a result, members will be asked to pay their 2009 subs by January 1, 2009 and if this does not happen, you may incur a penalty fine.   The amount of the fine is yet to be decided but it seems this will be necessary to ensure members adhere to the rules of the club (agreed to when you become a member). The Board also takes this opportunity to remind members that it is the responsibility of the member to advise the Club of any change of address or other contact details.
